WILKINSON WEDDING

Amy contacted me a month or two before her wedding telling me she was planning an intimate ceremony overlooking the mountains in Boone, NC.  I loved how unplanned the wedding was…how focused Amy & Patrick were on the “being married” part over the wedding details.  Patrick didn’t even tell his best man he was in the wedding until a day or two before!

Everything came together perfectly.  The ceremony on the Blue Ridge Parkway was unbelievably beautiful, and the Mast Farm Inn was warm and accommodating for their intimate celebration.  I felt like part of the family {half of their guest list was from Michigan!}, and I enjoyed every minute of their sweet, sweet wedding.

Amy got all dolled up at the Westglow Resort and Spa.

This was just after getting Amy’s lace dress completely tangled in a briar bush.  I told her the shot would be worth it ;)
